We work with event planners, caterers, corporations, and individuals to bring together top quality events and occasions that are sure to impress your guests. We can supply everything you need for a casual party, corporate promotion, sporting event, elegant wedding, music production, festival, or trade show.

We help with event layout. Using our Party Cad software, we can render a 3-D representation of your space to get the layout and design just right.

We do all the work. We come to the site and take precise measurements to ensure your tent(s) will fit your space. We set up. We take down. You sit back and enjoy.

We enable you to set the tone. Once your layout is set, we take you through the design and coordination process where you select the tent and accessories to compliment your event and theme. Our knowledgeable and dedicated staff can guide you in designing an elegant, yet relaxed atmosphere for dining, dancing, and entertaining. Formal or casual, we have the experience to assist you in creating the right environment to compliment your event.

We can’t even begin to thank you enough for everything that you did to make sure our event ran smoothly. The tents were perfect (we loved the layout with both a dinner and a dancing tent), along with the rest of our rentals, and we knew we were in good hands. A huge thanks to your crew for the amazing job they did – especially for all the trekking back and forth between Collingwood and the beach and over a long weekend.

Our wedding far exceeded our expectations and we fully credit our amazing vendors (and friends)! For going above and beyond the call of duty.
