• 1. Moisten plastic mesh before starting machine
• 2. Plug in machine and turn on main power and motor switch to "on"
• 3. Add sugar to center well with motor running (90% max)
• 4. Reduce "heat control fine tuning" setting to eliminate smoking of machine
• 5. Hold the cone an inch or two at the pointed end between 2 fingers and thumb
• 6. Break into the web of the floss with a light flicking motion
• 7. Lift up the cone with the ring of floss attached and wind the floss onto the cone counter clockwise while going clockwise around the tub.
